Do you volunteer at the library? Hospital? Nursing home? Church, maybe? If you do service work elsewhere from key club, you can also get credit towards your 30 hour requirement! Fill out the form below and return to our secretary. 10 outside hours
maximum.
Bring this to the next event and make sure everyone from our club signs in and out this. As an event coordinator, you are required to stay the whole time to ensure all members are recording their hours fairly. Return to our secretary.
Take at least 5 photos of members doing service at any event. Your photos will earn you one extra hour for that event and may get featured on our website! Submit your photos to the president, Michelle, at powaykeyclub@gmail.com.
Write a 10-line article about a service event you attended. Your article will earn you one extra hour for that event and may get featured on our website! Submit your article using our 'Contact Us' page.
CITY OF POWAY EVENT WAIVER
If you are planning to volunteer at any event sponsored by the City of Poway and are under the age of 18, you will need to print and complete this form in order to participate. This waiver requires a parent signature as well.
